It arrived a week after ordering, I took the advice from multiple comments and after taking all the pieces out of the headboard, brought them upstairs one by one as the box was pretty heavy. It was very easy to assemble by myself and came with all the tools necessary to do so! It took me about an hour by myself to do, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I’m a plus size woman so I was concerned about the sturdiness but it hasn’t creaked or squeezed yet (I’m less than a week in) it’s a really simple and beautiful bed frame, definitely 5 stars for the price! We’re sleeping with just a mattress on it and it’s plenty comfortable, we may add a box spring only to help disperse the weight of two people on it. The only ONLY issue I had was one of the slats had a crack in it. It was an end one so I just put it by my feet and it’s caused no issues at all. Overall I’d definitely buy this again, I’ll update again after some time has gone by.**Update** I'm still SO in love with this bed! it's been everything I'd hoped for and more, I'll definitely be getting these for my girls when we upgrade their bedrooms! Worth the buy!
